Here we are and it is very hard to believe it is already October! We had a great summer with the horses attending both Chatt Hills in July, Full Gallop in August, and Poplar and the American Championships in September. At every event the Law Eventing horses came home with ribbons for all with some examples being:
Jojo: 4th & 5th at Chatt Hills, 6th at Full Gallop, 1st at Poplar and 7th at AEC's (intermediate level)
Billy: 3rd & 4th at Chatt Hills, 4th in the CIC ** Poplar
Zenith: 1st at both Full Gallop and Chatt Hills
Toute de Suite: 1st at every event this season!
Unborn de Lelo: 1st thru 4th at every event this season.
On top of our own success, our students have had their share with Sam Elsenaar winning her first event with Law Eventing's sale horse Cloudy and Cooley, Ashley Dalton making her move up to intermediate with her horse Charlie, Tracey Corey continuing her winning ways with her training horse Bernie and the list goes on!
We also have some new additions to the barn! A result of a recent trip to Ireland, we have three beautiful, new, young geldings. It will be very exciting to bring them along this winter spring.
We cannot lie, we are somewhat looking forward to the end of the season as it has been a long one! Some of our horses are off on vacation already, others have one or two events left and then it will be quiet time for all. We both have a few more clinics left in the year and then December will be a wonderful down time for us. Some news items for those interested:

This is Lesley and What Law's 7th place round from the AEC's. This has been What Law's first season at intermediate and he has come home with a placing or a win at 99% of his events.
